Welcome to our pageant family! I’m Jen Barton, the proud director of pageants in the State of Mississippi. For years, I have had the privilege of directing the Most Beautiful You Pageant, and over the years, it has blossomed and grown each year. We are excited to continue that momentum with even more exciting developments!
In addition to Most Beautiful You, we have now expanded into full-pageant production, directing both local and state pageants each year, including the Mississippi Most Beautiful You State Pageant. I am also honored to serve as the State Director for International and American Women of Service Mississippi, overseeing the state pageant for this remarkable system with amazing pageant crowns.
Our mission is simple: to create opportunities for individuals to grow, shine, and be celebrated for their unique beauty and talents. We are excited to be one of Mississippi's newest and most dynamic pageant systems, and we can’t wait to see who our winners will be each year.
We’re also looking to expand our reach and are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Local Directors across Mississippi. Our Local Director Program is like no other in the state—designed to ensure your success every step of the way. As a local director, you’ll have access to all the tools you need to host your own pageant, including comprehensive training, pageant forms, crowns, sashes, and even support with social media to promote your event. We truly set you up to succeed, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
